You must be at least 18 years old to use Arranged. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Use the Service if you are a registered sex offender

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Arranged a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Arranged offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store or payment processor policies. Prices may change with notice.

7. Safety

Arranged is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing someone you trust about your plans.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, connections, or outcomes. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arranged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
